Welcome Reception

6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Le Foyer @Orange Gardens
The conference welcome reception will be held in Le Foyer at Orange Gardens, the venue of IEEE NetSoft 2019.
This event held in a relaxed atmosphere will include a demo session, so participants can also spend some time with demo presenters.

7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Vedettes du Pont-Neuf
Before the conference dinner, we are delighted to offer fully registered participants a cruise on the River Seine, which will allow to ride over Paris history, passing by the most familiar monuments, built up from Medieval times until now. Hopefully the weather will be on our side…
The meeting point is at 7:00 p.m. to the pier of Vedettes de Pont-Neuf, located 1, Square du Vert-Galant, 75001 Paris.
Directions to get there are as follows (here):

Boarding will be 7:00 p.m., so don’t be late.
The fastest way to travel is metro Line 13 and transfer to Line 10 at Duroc Station. Get off at Odéon Station.
An alternative way is to transfer to Metro Line 4 at Montparnasse Station. Get off at Odéon Station.
Be aware that getting there from Orange Gardens takes almost one hour.

8:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.: Café Procope
The conference dinner will be held at Café Procope, which is the oldest café in Paris.
Since 1686, le Procope is a famous place where the greatest writers & intellectuals like Rousseau, Voltaire, Diderot used to meet, which is why the place is said to be the home of the Encyclopédistes. During the French Revolution, many renowned French revolutionary like Danton, Desmoulins, Hébert and Marat used to also come and had endless discussions about politics and rights.
The Procope is located 13, rue de l’Ancienne Comédie, 75006 Paris.
The restaurant is 100 meters from Odeon Metro Station, and within walking distance from the River Seine Cruise. Directions are like getting to the cruise boarding pier (here).
