Letter of Invitation
Whether you are required to have a Visa or not to travel to France, the letter of invitation provided by the conference organizers may be useful for agents at Ports of Entry to determine that a person is a legitimate visitor that intends to attend the conference.
Per the conference policy, only duly registered participants (authors and attendees) may get an invitation letter.
Should you need a letter of invitation to apply for your visa, this needs to be requested on the registration website when registering for the conference.
